These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing customised print‑on‑demand items from our website shop.dsmanchester.org.uk- By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not proceed with your order.

1. Customised Products - All our products are made to order based on the design, size, colour and customisation details you provide. Because every item is printed specifically for you: All sales are final, Customised goods are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Changes cannot be made once production has begun - This is in accordance with UK Consumer Rights law on personalised goods.

2. Order Process - You select the product, size, colour, and any other available options before adding your item to the basket. All products are printed or produced to order using the design selected or approved at the time of purchase.

Before completing checkout, it is your responsibility to ensure that all order details, including the product, design, size, colour, quantity, personalisation (where applicable), and delivery information, are correct. Once your order has been confirmed, it will enter production and cannot usually be amended or cancelled.

As all products are printed and ordered on demand, stock availability is dependent on product supply. In the unlikely event that your chosen product, size, or colour is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable replacement options. No substitutions will be made without your approval.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and, where available, information on how to track the progress of your order.

Please note that product images and mock-ups displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and the manufacturer's product specifications. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what is displayed on your screen and the final printed item.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer, including incorrect product selections, sizes, colours, designs, personalisation details, or delivery information.

3. Payment - Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Debit/credit card. Orders will not enter production until cleared payment is received.

4. Production Times - Most products available in our print-on-demand store are made to order. Production typically takes 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on current order volumes and demand. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.

5. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Goods - As all products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size selection, colour choice, personal preference, or change of mind.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items - If an item arrives genuinely faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photos showing the fault

We reserve the right to request the faulty item be returned for inspection.
Issues caused by incorrect customer information are not eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Sizing - Size charts are provided on the website. All sizes are approximate and can vary slightly by manufacturer. We strongly recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering.

8. Colour & Print Variations - Colours may vary slightly due to:

- Screen settings
- Manufacturer dye batches
- Print method differences

These variations do not constitute a fault.

9. Liability - We are not liable for:

- Delays outside our control
- Incorrect information provided by customers
- Minor design or colour variations
- Losses resulting from late delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

10. Privacy - We only use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share data with third parties except for production and delivery purposes.

11. Governing Law - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
